Here’s an article that came out about my trip to visit the great chef, Yoshihiro Narisawa, in Tokyo. It chronicles some of my visits there, from a dawn visit to Narisawa’s favourite fishing port, about 80 kilometres south of Tokyo, to tasting winter vegetables in the farm that supplies him with produce. And, yes, that’s a winter cabbage the puppy is battling me for!
